Project activities will gather various representatives from all segments of society deemed to be of some importance in the domain of culture, such as the public administration, cultural institutions, private sector, cultural practitioners, non-profit sector, international development partners, etc. During the project implementation, special attention will be given to building partnerships between the sectors of culture and business.
Based on obstacle analisys and mapping potentials, situation analisys and identifying current practices, as well as by means of consulting relevant social stakeholders, experts and practitioners (from the country and abroad), an all-encompassing document containing a recommendation list and an action plan for further improvement of cross-sector cooperation in culture in Serbia will be designed.
This document will contain an action strategy that is going to be implemented by the Multi-sector Forum for Development of Cross-sector Cooperation in the Field of Culture (CrossКУЛТ Forum), which is yet to be established by the YUSTAT Center Project Team during the final phase of the project realization.
Through the closing document, coupled with the planned follow-up of the project and initiated and stimulated cross-sector cooperation in culture in particular, the project will affect designing both cultural and other policies in Serbia.
The planned duration of the project is 12 months, starting from June 2006.
